Background
As Medela was already established in numerous sales channels, the company sought to expand its reach beyond the official website. Consequently, they introduced their store on Amazon in several countries. This strategic decision was made with the goal of meeting customer demands while also evaluating the potential impacts of these new distribution channels.
My Role
Considering Medela’s extensive product portfolio, my role focused on maintaining brand consistency and increasing market influence. This was achieved by creating a new set of icons to highlight product features and introducing compelling imagery with emotional resonance. These visuals made a significant contribution to the increased conversion rates and sales growth of Medela products on Amazon Stores.
